Mission Statement:

 Our goal is to provide a safe and affordable place for people to live, but that is just the beginning. We want to strengthen our relationship with our future residents as well as within our communities that we serve, creating a long-term impact within our neighbourhood and around the world.

Our Goals:

In order to make this happen, we need to purchase the apartments. Once we're able to purchase them, we will

• Meet with all of our residents personally, listening to their concerns, questions, and see if anything needs taken care of (i.e. repairs needed)

• Create a plan for addressing any safety concerns (this may include, but is not limited to replacing exterior lighting, adding exterior lighting to areas that are not well lit at night, replacing exterior door locks, etc)

• Host events to discuss what is going on in the community, holiday events, etc.

• Try to aim for at least one donation to an organization each month
